There are several affilliate companies within the International Reconstruction Group.  Here is a brief summary:

Swiss Capital Corporation

In 2004. Swiss Capital, an International Reconstruction Group company, made the winning proposal for the Ukrainian PostBank project. The Ukrainian President and government approvals for the project were granted in November, 2005. Subsequent to the approval for the project it was frozen by a change of Prime Ministers. The new Prime Minister (Yanukovich) was friendly to Russia and did not favor this project because it brought Ukraine too close to Europe and America.  This project has now been restarted under International Reconstruction Group with the political support of the Government of Ukraine that favors partnerships and alliances with American companies.

Ukranian Industrial Alliance  (www.uia.kiev.ua)

The Ukranian Industrial Aalliance, an International Reconstruction Group company, is a Ukrainian company formed in 2004.  It is a diversified holding company for the development of modern high technology products in Ukraine.  It is now developing a central corporate complex on its own 7 hectares of land in the suburbs of Kiev.  When complete, the center will include a technology center, logistics and warehousing and an exhibition area.  It is centrally located with direct access to main highways, railroads and a cargo airport is nearby.

The holding company UIA includes the high tech electronic production company Expotrade (www.expotrade.com.ua), and integrated with Expotrade a special Ukraine wide network of universal technologic services (383 centers in all Ukrainian regions, 15658 employees).

Special Constructions

Special Constructions is proposing the creation of a special economic deveoppment project in Iraq that will include an oil refinery and petrochemical complex supported by an expanded sea port in the Paw peninsula.

Special Technologies

Special Technologies specializes in the development and support of advanced electronic systems for government and indusrty.  Presently it is proposing a large scale electronic system for one of the Ministries in Ukraine.
